Return Policy
How do I return an item or and entire order?
When Returning a part you must contact our Customer Service Center, toll free 1-800-964-1882 to get your RA # (Return Authorization number). If you send a return in with out a RA # then your return will be subject to a restock fee, so please contact us first before returning your order.
We prefer that you call us to get your RA#, but if you can only call after normal business hours please email us at customerservice@dillon-brothers.com. If you do email us please make sure to leave a valid phone number that we can reach you to verify your return. Please send your return to:

Returns must be made within 14 days after the shipping date (as shown on your invoice). However, some manufacturers will allow us more time on returns. When you call us to receive your RA #, we will do what we can to extend the return time as needed.
What items are not returnable?
Please understand that the manufacturers of the products Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha will not accept returns for the following items:
• Electrical Parts (However if the part is defective, they will allow returns for exchanges under warranty.) They will not accept a return for electrical items.
• Close Out Items (If it is a closeout and or a discounted item none of the manufacturers will accept the return.)
What about Order Cancellations?
If we have the part in stock, at the time of the order and you wish to cancel your order, there will not be a restock fee. If the item you order is not in our stalk, a special order, and you wish to cancel the order, please contact us the same day that the order was placed and there will not be a restock fee. If you cancel an order that contains special order item/s and we have already placed the order to the manufacturer, then we cannot cancel the order to the manufacturer. If it was a special order item/s we would return the item/s back to the manufacturer and they will charge us a restock fee and we will need to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer, this fee is 20% to 30%, dependent upon the manufacturer.
How do I Return an item?
You must return the ordered parts in un-used condition, and you will pay for the shipping costs. We realize that in most cases you may have opened your package and have decided the part was unsatisfactory for your needs. Please try not to damage the packing. We will still accept your return, but we require that you send the original packing with the returned item. If we cannot return the item to the manufacturer due to unusable packaging, we will be required to re-sell that part. If the item is damaged or un-presentable, we will not be able to re-sell the returned item. Please make sure to return your parts with the package in the best of condition.
What is the Dillon Brothers MotorSports Exchange Policy?
We will authorize exchanges and waive any restock fee if you are returning an exchange for an order, when and if you are unsatisfied with the way your product looks or fits your vehicle. The above policy for Returns applies to exchanges including restocking fees. Please contact us before you return your item/s to receive your RA #.

When you shop from home you are doing the work so we are able to discount the parts for at home shoppers.
